Coach Information

• Head coaches must be 18
• Head coaches are allowed to coach two  teams only.
• All coaches must register with West Virginia Youth Soccer, complete the Risk Management application, the online Concussion protocol course, and the Sudden Cardiac Arrest Management (see links) prior to team selection night.
• All coaches must sign the FCYSA Code of Conduct agreement by team selection night.
• It is recommended that all coaches review the Rules of the Game AND attend our referee training course.

1.) Register with WV Soccer as a coach here -

2.) Once you have a GotSport account, you will be prompted to complete any new or expired courses. 

• Cardiac Arrest/AED Training
• Heads Up (Concussion)
• Safe Sport 
• Background check (FREE)
• 26/27 Coach Policy Agreement

3.) Disqualification-Suspension Review Self Certification 

If your status is Required, please click Submit New Report and complete the form.

 The FCYSA has passed a Zero Tolerance policy the will be strictly enforced. 

All coaches, players, and spectators are expected to follow our code of conduct.
