Coach Information

• Head coaches must be 18
• Head coaches are allowed to coach two  teams only.
• All coaches must register with West Virginia Youth Soccer, complete the Risk Management application, the online Concussion protocol course, and the Sudden Cardiac Arrest Management (see links) prior to team selection night.
• All coaches must sign the FCYSA Code of Conduct agreement by team selection night.
• It is recommended that all coaches review the Rules of the Game.

2.) SafeSport

To Register for SafeSport you will need to register at
​learning.ussoccer.com/

Once you start an account and complete your profile, scroll down and the bottom right square says Safeguarding, click and start your Safesport course.  

3.) Concussion and Sudden Cardiac Arrest Management Course

You will need to upload a copy of the certificate from this with your Risk Management form

 The FCYSA has passed a Zero Tolerance policy the will be strictly enforced. 

All coaches, players, and spectators are expected to follow our code of conduct.
